The tumultuous lives of devil Afghanistani women are narrated in such a counseling that has an strike on the reader because of its organization and structure; Hosseini plan this refreshing out perfectly. Khaled Hosseini uses his writing skills in A Thousand Splendid Suns to make this novel notoriety for its universality and vitality. Novels concerning the natural arctic of the Afghan citizens really interest me. Due to obvious reasons in todays current events, we are caught up in the evils of the middle East not accrediting exactly what they potential be going through. Granted, there are numerous Afghans that should be pu nished for their wrong doings on America, but with a novel like A Thousand Splendid Suns we know pity for those not provoking our troubles. Mariam and Laila are simply two women dealing with the harsh pressures encompassing her in her very avow homeland. One thing that this novel is credited for is its surreal tune; we cannot relate to the hardships these strong women face.

The universal problem that is brought up heartbeat and time again is the dangers of a country like Afghanistan. just because these women are Afghan does not imply they are for the Taliban. With the perils of the Taliban on the rise, the women must keep adjusting a new lifestyle to gibe the need! s of their family life. The characters are so real, but I commence trouble putting their lives into a reality. However, this is for sure not Hosseinis fault; our nation is the one to blame. The vitality of this book is certainly worth being noted. I can honestly adventure this novel has in fact changed my perspective on the affectionateness East as a whole, not just Afghanistan.
